These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Welcome Sign, a software service operated by Eggleston Mobile Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the service or any phone number provisioned through it, you agree to these terms.
Welcome Sign provides automated phone and text message responses on behalf of food truck operators and similar mobile vendors ("Operators"). End-customers ("Customers") who text or call an Operator's published phone number receive automated replies based on the Operator's daily schedule.
Customers receive automated text replies only in response to messages they initiate. We do not send marketing messages, do not initiate text conversations, and do not share Customer phone numbers with third parties.
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and receive no further messages from that Operator's number. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies based on how often you contact the Operator.
Operators agree to provide accurate schedule information, respond to morning check-in messages in a timely manner, comply with applicable laws when accepting payments and serving food, and not use the service to send marketing or promotional content to Customers.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Twilio, Netlify, Upstash, Anthropic), and unforeseen events may cause interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eggleston Mobile Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost profits, lost business, or missed customers.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
