Welcome Sign ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Eggleston Mobile Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We provide automated phone and text response services to food truck operators and similar mobile vendors. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our service.
From operators (our customers): business name, contact phone number, email address, daily location and hours information you submit, billing information, and customer service correspondence.
From end-customers (people who text our operators): phone number you text from, the content of messages you send, and timestamps. We do not collect names, addresses, or other personal information from end-customers unless you provide it in a message.
Operator information is used to provide the service, send service notifications, and bill for usage.
End-customer information is used solely to respond to your message with the location, hours, or status the operator has set for that day. We do not market to end-customers, do not sell or share end-customer phone numbers, and do not initiate text conversations with end-customers.
You will only receive a message from one of our operators in response to a message you send first. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and receive no further messages from that number.
Daily schedule information is retained for 24 hours after the schedule date and then deleted. Operator account information is retained as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for tax and legal purposes.
We use Twilio for telephony and SMS delivery, Anthropic for AI text generation, Upstash for short-term data storage, and Netlify for hosting. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices.
